The beautiful architecture, stunning Churches, amazing Hermitage, incredible Faberge and not forgetting the Vodka Museum, The Summer Palace, were simply wonderful days out both fun and emotional visiting such beautiful sites and learning about there history! The Tzar Restaurant a Barbecue in February and of course The Hermitage Theatre to see The Russian Ballet perform Swan Lake, fills my heart with joy still! Just to mention a few of the wonderful fun and educational times made possible by your ability to manage and organise us with tack, finesse and such warmth, enabling us to pack so much into a 5 day trip! We will return to see more of your beautiful country and your lovely smile. Thank you Natalia for making our trip such a special one.

We had two extremely enjoyable days with Natalia, in and around St Petersburg. She is very knowledgeable, but also delightful company. It was such a treat for us to have our own guide, with a dedicated car also, and through Natalia, easy access to everything we wanted to visit. We felt like millionaires for the day, but actually at a very reasonable cost. Natalia was patient, accommodating to our particular needs and wishes, and unfailingly patient. We recommend her, wholeheartedly.

My daughter and I had a great time in Saint Petersburg (Russia), specially because Natalia, our tour guide, was outstanding. Besides being a wonderful companion with outgoing personality, she knows every little aspect of the city as well as fascinating facts about Russian history and culture. She also made sure that we had anything we needed: car rides, museum and concert tickets, etc. This was definitely our best trip, and we cannot wait to go back to Russia (Sheila Nakladal de Mascarenhas and Elise Nakladal de Mascarenhas).

A friend recommended Nataliya Moskaleva as a private guide for my husband and I to use while in St. Petersburg for 3 days and we couldn’t have been happier with that choice! Before we even arrived, she was professional and responsive to emails. Developing our itinerary was a conversation, based on our interests and she even offered suggestions that weren’t on any of the other websites or forums.

When we arrived, she met us at the cruise terminal as we exited immigration. The next 3 days were a blur of activity using a mixture of public and private transportation. Throughout it all, we were impressed by Nataliya’s detailed knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism. What really makes her stand out though, was her ability to understand and react to our needs. She easily adapted to new desires and changing energy levels. Each day ended with an escort back to the ship (not that we needed it, but she insisted on door to door service!)

Besides English and Russian, she also speaks Italian, Spanish and French. Her business card says she is “Your Personal Guide and Helper in St. Petersburg and its Suburbs”. But we now say she is a friend. To us, Nataliya is the best guide in St. Petersburg and we are happy to recommend her services to the Trip Advisor community.

We are just back home, and I am getting ready to go off to golf early tomorrow – so this is a quick message to thank you very much for spending time with us, and trying to teach us a bit of your great country’s history.

You were very patient, even when it was clear we could not remember who was married to who, or who were the good guys or the villains! We enjoyed your company, and enjoyed seeing a bit of St Petersburg – enough to get a flavour of it anyway – and we all realise now,  how little we knew about Russia before we went.

Natalia has the unique gift of making history come alive.  I could feel with all of my senses the history or St. Petersburg through her descriptions and stories behind what we were experiencing.  Natalia’s backstreet tour was unforgettable, with real stories from life during the siege as we wandered back alleys.  She is a wonderful and fun person to spend time with, and a talented linguist.

I want to thank you all for helping us to organize our trip to Saint Petersburg.  Everything was organized and flawless from the time we arrived to the time we departed.  Alexey worked with us to develop a great itinerary for 6 people.  We all appreciated his suggestions and patience during our planning.

Our guide Nataliya  Moskaleva was absolutely exceptional.  She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, charismatic, resourceful and kept us all organized.  It was amazing how much she knows about Russian history, art and antiquities.  She knew every answer to every question we asked, which was very impressive.  She really made our trip wonderful.  We highly recommend Nataliya, she was undoubtedly the best guide we have ever had, anywhere.

We will come back again to Saint Petersburg again someday.
